King Island - Australia

King Island is situated approximately 80 km northwest of Tasmania in Australia and about 90 km southeast of Cape Otway on the Victorian coast of Australia. The Island is one of the islands that make up the state of Tasmania. The southernmost point is called Stokes Point and the northernmost point is called Cape Wickham.


There are three small islands surrounding King Island, namely New Year Island and Christmas Island situated to the northwest, and a smaller island called Councillor Island to the east.


Things you can do on the king island is a swimming in the beautiful lagoon, fishing and diving surfing, The popular Surfing places are: Martha Lavinia, Phoques Bay, Red Hut Point, Porky Beach, British Admiral Beach and then you can explore places that are very rich with flora and fauna, go to museum, Waterpark and more.
