Loh Samah Bay is situated on the south side of Phi Phi Ley, 45 km east of Phuket (3 hours), 30 km southwest of Krabi (2½ hours) - Phi Phi Islands - Thailand. Loh Samah bay adjacent to the Maya Bay, is just hundreds of meters from Loh Samah bay.

Inside Loh Samah Bay with its vertical limestone walls, the beach has a sandy bottom. Snorkels and divers can follow the limestone walls right out of the bay where depth can drop down to 20 meters. Underwater, there is an amazing gorge that is recommended for fantastic Phi Phi Island night dives.

Coral polyps come out to feed and masses of shrimps can be seen as you search in the cracks, as well as painted lobster and decorated crabs. The numerous moray eels are more active at night too.
