Lake Toba is the largest and most popular lake in Indonesia, located in Simalungun regency - North Sumatra province - Indonesia, the extent of approximately 100 km x 30 km. In the middle of the lake there is a large island, namely the island of Samosir located at an altitude of 1000 meters above sea level.
